PPC Connector · invite-only pilot

Run your Amazon ads from Claude.

PPC Connector links your Amazon Ads account to the AI assistant you already use. Ask about Sponsored Products performance in plain English. Bid, budget and keyword changes are planned first, for you to review and approve in your assistant.

Among the 50 highest-spend search terms, three spent $132.40 with no orders in the 30 days to 14 October. I left out the last 7 days, because Amazon can still credit orders to those clicks.

Pause any campaign that spent over $50 this week with zero orders.

ppc-connector · request_performance_report✓ 7 days

ppc-connector · plan_campaign_updates✓ planned

One campaign qualifies: Auto – Kids bottles spent $63.80 from Monday to Sunday with no orders. Amazon can still credit orders to these clicks for up to 7 days (14 for vendors), so treat “no orders” as provisional. Here is the change I’ve prepared:

Done. I read the campaign back from Amazon afterwards and it now shows Paused. The change is in your change log with its before and after values.

Which campaigns ran out of budget yesterday?

ppc-connector · list_campaigns✓ 18 campaigns

ppc-connector · request_performance_report✓ yesterday

Two campaigns spent their whole daily budget yesterday:

Budget use · yesterday example data
CampaignBudgetSpentACoS
Brand – Exact$40.00$40.0012.6%
Bottles – Broad$25.00$24.9631.0%
ACoS = spend ÷ attributed sales, calculated from Amazon’s figures · yesterday’s sales are still provisional

Brand – Exact is your most efficient campaign, so I can plan a raise to $50 (+25%, inside the connector’s limits). Bottles – Broad has a much higher ACoS, so I’d hold its budget. Shall I prepare the change?

What it does

Read. Plan. Confirm.

The connector gives your assistant 20 tools for Sponsored Products. Twelve only read. Seven prepare or cancel changes for you to review. One applies a change set. It is marked as a change that needs your approval, so by default your assistant asks you before running it.

The write path

Planned, checked, then confirmed.

Every change follows the same six steps. The policy check, the expiry and the re-checks run on my server, so they apply whatever the AI suggests. The confirmation step happens in your assistant.

  1. You ask

In plain English, in your own assistant.

  2. Plan

The connector prepares exact before and after values. Nothing is sent to Amazon.

  3. Policy check

Limits on the size of each change, allowed bid and budget ranges, and items per change. Anything outside is refused.

  4. You confirm

Your assistant shows you the plan and asks for your OK. Keep auto-approve off for this connector, or it won’t ask. Unconfirmed plans expire after 15 minutes.

  5. Re-check, apply

Each value is re-read from Amazon first. If it moved since the plan, that item is skipped, not overwritten.

  6. Verify, log

The new value is read back from Amazon and the change is logged with before, after and result.

Accuracy

Where the numbers come from.

An assistant is only as good as the data it reads and how it reads it. Here is exactly what you get.

Live from Amazon
Campaign settings are read from Amazon at the moment you ask. Reports are generated by Amazon on request; the connector waits up to 3 minutes, then lets your assistant pick the report up later.
Recent weeks still move
Amazon credits a sale to the day of the ad click, for up to 7 days after the click (14 for vendors), and revises conversions up to 28 days after the sale. Its traffic checks can also adjust impressions and clicks for up to 3 days. So the last 7 days are incomplete, and figures can keep changing for about 5 weeks (6 for vendors). Treat recent sales and ACoS as provisional.
Calculated, and checkable
Amazon reports spend, clicks, orders, attributed sales and ROAS for each row. The connector calculates ACoS (spend ÷ attributed sales) and totals from those figures. Reports return the 50 highest-spend rows plus the full row count, and leave out rows from other marketplaces on the same account. Anything else your assistant works out is its own calculation. AI assistants can make mistakes, so check the numbers that matter before you approve a change.

FAQ

Questions, answered plainly.

Is this an Amazon product?

No. PPC Connector is an independent service run by Sami Ullah. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon, and it connects to your account only through Amazon’s official advertising API with your permission.

Do you need my Amazon password?

No. You approve access on Amazon’s own sign-in page, and the connector receives a token, never your password. You can withdraw access at any time from your Amazon account or by emailing me. Amazon requires you to approve access again every 365 days.

What exactly can it change?

Sponsored Products only: campaign status and daily budget, ad group status and default bid, keyword and product target status and bid, negative keywords (exact and phrase) and new keywords. Every change is planned first. The step that applies it is marked as needing your approval, so your assistant asks you before running it, unless you have set your assistant to approve tools automatically.

Who sees my data?

You, through the assistant you connect, and its provider, which processes what your assistant reads under your account with them. If I manage your campaigns, I see your data too, and I may use my own AI assistant (Claude) on your account. Your data is never shown to other users, combined with theirs or sold. Details are in the privacy notice.

Can the AI get it wrong?

Yes. That is why changes are planned for you to review first, why every change must pass limits on size and range that my server enforces whatever the assistant proposes, and why the connector re-reads values from Amazon before and after writing.

What does it cost, and when can I use it?

It is in an invite-only pilot. Pricing will be published before it opens to everyone. Join the waitlist to hear first.
