Terms of service

These terms apply to the services provided by Sami Ullah ("I", "me") to you, the client. Where a written quote or agreement says something different, the quote or agreement applies.
1. What I provide
The services described on the services page. The exact scope of management or reporting work, including accounts and marketplaces covered, is confirmed in writing before work starts.
2. Fees
- Management is charged as a flat monthly fee agreed in writing before work starts. It is not a percentage of your ad spend.
- The PPC audit is a one-off fee, payable before the audit begins.
- Your Amazon advertising spend is paid by you directly to Amazon and is never part of my fees.
3. Monthly billing and cancellation
Management is billed monthly in advance. There is no minimum term. Either of us can end it with 30 days’ notice by email. Fees already paid for a month that has started are not refunded.
4. Your account and access
- You keep full ownership of your Amazon accounts, campaigns and data.
- You grant access through Amazon’s own permission screens and can withdraw it at any time. I never ask for your password.
- You are responsible for your products, listings and compliance with Amazon’s policies.
5. Results
Advertising results depend on many factors outside my control, including competition, Amazon’s auctions, pricing, stock and reviews. I don’t guarantee specific sales, ACoS or ROAS figures. I do guarantee that every change I make is logged with its reason.
6. The Claude connector
The connector is not yet generally available. Access is by invitation, and its own terms and pricing will be published before it opens. Changes made through it run only after you confirm them and are subject to server-side limits.
7. Confidentiality
I keep your business and advertising information confidential and use it only to provide the services. How data is handled is set out in the privacy notice.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, my total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid me in the three months before the claim arose.
