This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking scripts. It is served by Cloudflare, which, like any web host, processes your IP address and request details to deliver pages and protect the site. If you email me, I keep the email so I can reply.

Amazon advertising data

This section covers client work and the Claude connector, where you authorise me to access an Amazon Ads account through Amazon’s own permission screens.

What I access

• Campaign structure and settings: campaigns, ad groups, keywords, product targets, negative keywords, bids and budgets.
• Advertising performance reports: impressions, clicks, spend, attributed sales and orders, and search terms. Search terms are the words shoppers typed; Amazon does not give me shoppers’ identities.
• Account details needed to make requests: profile and account identifiers, marketplace, currency and time zone.
• The access token Amazon issues when you approve access. I never receive your Amazon password.

Why

Only to provide the service you asked for: managing, auditing or reporting on your advertising, or answering your requests through the connector. I don’t sell this data, share it with other advertisers or use it for anyone else’s benefit.

How it is protected

• Amazon access tokens are encrypted at rest.
• Each advertiser’s data is isolated at the database level, and one advertiser’s data is never combined with another’s.
• Data travels over encrypted connections.
• Changes made through the connector are logged with their before and after values.

Service providers

The software runs on these providers, which store or process data on my behalf:

• Cloudflare: website hosting, DNS and email forwarding
• Render: application hosting (United States)
• Neon: database hosting

How long it is kept, and deletion

I keep account data while you are a client or while the connector is connected. Email hello@samiullah.app to ask for deletion and I will delete your account data within 30 days. If Amazon asks me to delete data, I do so within the time Amazon’s policies require.

Withdrawing access

You can withdraw access at any time from your Amazon account’s security settings, or by emailing me. I can also cut off the connector for your account immediately.

About AI

The connector doesn’t run its own AI model. When you use it with an AI assistant such as Claude, the assistant reads the data you allow and proposes changes. AI suggestions can be wrong. Every change is shown to you before it runs, and server-side limits apply regardless of what the assistant proposes. Your conversations with the assistant are governed by that assistant’s provider.

Changes to this notice

If this notice changes, the date at the top will change. For a material change affecting clients, I will tell you by email.
